Ericsson 2G/3G RF Planning Experts

3-4 RF Planning and Optimisation Experts for assignment start from February 2009. The main responsibilities of the project are: Providing planning of FDD site and GSM site if necessary, development of necessary guidelines for planners which doesn't exist yet and provide training, provide analysis and optimization of the planned networks and advise the clients planners.

To be considered for this role you will need a minimum of 4 years experience with FDD/HSxPA and GSM planning and optimization, be fluent in English or possibly Czech/Slovak. You will have strong human Skills and be well organized, structured and able to transfer the knowledge to local planners. Candidates should have knowledge of the following software: Planning software: RF planning software (PegaPlan) and plan the HSxPA network in line with customer planning principles which will be provided. You should also have extensive database software knowledge.
