ameliorate CSSR 2G

Somebody it is it, how I could ameliorate CSSR on techonogie Alcatel 2G Beforehand thank you for your help

u must know that cssr in Alcatel is computed as (1-sd drop)*(1-ass tch fail) so u must tune those two indicator ( sd drop and tch ass fil) :
1-sd drop tuning : u must differenciate sd drop : bss, or radio in case of radio u can tune fréquency change , change sd to other trx or enable ho sd parameter.
2- tch ass fial : chek cong tch tuning by increasing capacity : DR, FDR, HR...

For me CSSR = (SDCCH Seizure SR) * (1 - SDCCH drop rate) * (TCH Normal Assignment SR)

ok, as you know. CSSR= 1- CSF ( call setup failure ), so if you improve the CSSR that similar decrease the CSF, right ?
Call setup failure can be categorised as follow :
Failure befor assignment (SDCCH RF loss, MSC rejection, user clearning,...)
Block TCH assignment ( Insufficient TCH resources)
Failed Assignment ( Failure to assign to TCH due to RF reason, eg. Interference )
