Did InfoVista buy Tems?

Hi Everyone,
It seems that Infovista has bought Tems... Does anybody have any news about this?
Is there any shared information about this?
It can affect so many other events.

Yes, but thats allready some time ago. They try to complete there portofolio in multiple domains.

then may be they do not sell Tems without the other packages!?

You can still buy Tems Investigation, Discovery, etc. They just wanted to have a Drive Test Solution. E******* => Ascom => Info Vista...
