Sony Z5 E6653 Tems Investigation

Hey guys !
Do any one know how can Sony E6653 (not original ) lock band and cell in Tems investigation19? When i connect phone to tems 19 , nothing appears in the band lock panel , it is also can’t lock cell as well, you can lock band and cell only in tems pocket.
Guys could you figure any way to fix this problem?

I'm having the same issue.

The provider suggested me connecting the phone without USB tethering, however I haven't been able to do it. If you manage to do it please let us know!
