EGPRS relation between EGPRSBPCLIMIT and MAXNUMPDCH

Hi every one,

I know this is a bit old topic, but I got confisued, I would like to know the functionality and limitation of the two licenses EGPRSBPCLIMIT and MAXNUMPDCH, I searched every where, but I couldn't find the answer I'm looking for.

EGPRBPCLIMT: is the max capacity of a BSC of the configured TS for EDGE.
MAXNUMPDCH: is the max capacity of simultaneous allocated E-PDCHs in one BSC.

so far, no thing is ambigeous, but when you look for details, you will be surprised by the fact that the usage of MAXNUMPDCH can exceed the configured EGPRS TS, so how is it possible to have more TS allocated as E-PDCH than the capacity of the BSC, check the below table, please can anyone help?.
