ATDI building files RBL - conversion?

There are selected countries on ATDI maps site where also building map is available in RBL format.
My GM ATDI plugin only support ATDI BLG building maps ...

How to open RBL files?

I have GM13 with ATDI plugin 1.01. Is there any new version available to support RBL files?
Also, any new GM version available to work with ATDI?
Of course looking for "medicined" versions ;)

You can use ICS Telecom to transform every compressed file, including the file RBL in the old formats used by the program.
