Hi all,
I have been looking for a method to detect sleeping cells in E// 4G, but I've read very different things.
Which are the criteria that define a sleeping cell for 4G in e//?
Thanks

Hi @dannthemann
You can use cell supervision feature and adjust thresholds as per you network performance strategy
Hi, thanks for the answers.
But, why if MSG-3 = 0 we have a sleeping cell?
MSG-3 is an UE originated message, isn't it?
