ESB cable delay calculation

Hi Experts,
We are connecting 3 DUGs with ESB cables but always 3rd DUG will face KPI degradation.
It's because of ESB delay cable and synchronization issue.
what is the delaye of 2nd ESB cable?
1st one is 4609 ns.
