Note 5 with Prob 3.18 ??

i have Note 5 with Genex Prob 3.18 but i cant connect it .. its always disconnect after few seconds , any help ???

try update to v3.19

3.19 only support s6.my Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge plus always disconnect after a few second.
