U2100 to U900 interfrequency Handover issue( Cell dragging)

we current doing drivetest in a particular cluster and When u are in Data dedicated mode we are unable to Handover from a U2100 Cell to Standalone U900 sites( cell)

ie U2100 to U900( standalone )

initially Hotype was GMS prefered we change it to IFHO preferred still a cell from 2100 dragge past next U900 site

team please help me to solve this problem neighbor from U2100 to U900 are defined

Can you post some logfiles from driving test and log trace RNC E// to get more information about this issue ?

As you maybe aware , the is a limitation for Maximum measured other FREQs , i mean , Maximum 2 FREQ different than serving FREQ can be measured by most of Qualcom Based chipsets.
Please make sure that you follow this rule and reduce number of IF NBRs as much as possible.

Yes , i mean Inter FREQ NBR count.
As i said to you , there is a limitation for maximum number of measurable other FREQ than serving one which is two.
