1. At least 200 posts
2. At least 200 points of reputation
3. At least 50 days from the registration
4. Senior member will be downgraded to Member user group if no posts for more than 90 days, will revert to Senior group within 48 hours if new post created.
II. The putting password to the attached files is now allowed only for the med of forum_based related software and/or med come together with the installer
With any reasons, putting password to the attached files (not med mentioned above) will make the poster:
1. timeline banned
2. member title will be decreased one level
Thank for your support.

What about to put more weight on the number of reputation points?
It seems that the number of 200 useless (Give me!, Help me!, etc.) posts is quite easy to reach, while there are Junior Members with just a few, but very valuable, posts without any recognition from the community.
For instance, I am talking about sonproo
http://www.finetopix.com/showthread....otes-8-0-0-134
and Optim
http://www.finetopix.com/showthread....-Documentation
etc.
My point is: Let's stop count the number of posts, let's rate the real contribution!
Re: new rules - becoming a senior member and putting password
good idea.
How about decrease number of posts to 100 and increase reputation point to 250?

May be 100 (200-100) posts and 300 (200+100) reputation points?

I think reducing the posts and increasing reputation points will encourage users to share/contribute something which has a genuine contribution instead of just random posts.
