LTE Drop Rate after Repanning

Hi Dear Experts,

I need some advice for our current problem of 1 site, Drop Rate increase after re-panning 1 sector, but on our drivetest coverage have greatly improve.

Base from KPI abnormal release due to Radio increase. For CHR log i checked the following release cause:'

UEM_UECNT_REL_UE_INACTIVE_TIMER_EXPIRY_REL_CAUSE(27.42%)
UEM_UECNT_REL_HOIN_ABNORMAL (22.82%)
UEM_UECNT_REL_LAST_DRBS_RLC_UNRESTORE_IND (20.44%)

any help and suggestion, It is highly appreciated.
