to provide the outlook to operators or our members (who are working for operator, and maybe more) the appropriate decisions to select the tools and devices (need to buy, or using in daily RF_working) please share your experience and your point of view in this thread here.

To me Aircomm is very good for planning.

Tems Discovery for Post Processing of DT logs, ACTIX for Post processing of DT logs,

I missed the point .....


Post Prossesing Nemo Analizer and for Investigation Nemo Outdoor these are very user friendly.
Attol and Planet are also very good.

ACP : Capesso from Symena
MW Planning : Pathloss... for the price (very cheap compared to others) ; or Atoll MW module for user-friendly perspective
Drive Test : TEMS without hesitation
Processing : Actix.

I agree to most the tools you have mention (actix, map Info, atoll, tems, etc etc), and I know it is not met for the same activities, but not even once Excel was mentioned.
And in my experience you can save a lot of time and work by just a good use of excel and a few lines of VBA.

for drive test analysis both Actix and Tems investigation.
Tems investigation I find more useful for protocol analysis

Do you know the tool that is use for planning Scrambling code? it must easy to do. just base on distance and relation. I dont like Asset because its hard to do, need digital map, consume more CPU and RAM

Atoll is powerfull and friendly for planing. Google and mapinfo also is addirional support.

Tems, nemo are good for drive test. But xcal support wide devices.

Tems is good for processing. But actix is exclusive for many formats ever.

DT - Nemo Outdoor
Post Process - Nemo Analyze

TEMS also good. Actix is better for post processing

DT: TEMS products, Nemo and Romes
Post-Process: TEMS Discovery, Actix, Mapinfo

I think what postprocess tool to use is depending on what DT tool you use.
For TEMS products I think Discovery is the best, but for other tool Actix is the best to use.
