看你的AROLL Planning tool需要什么格式的地图，然后用MapInfo把地图导出来保存为相同的后缀名试一下，

mapinfo地图可以理解为2维地图，规划用只有2维信息是不够的，所以转换没有意义。
一定要有那种vector/building/heights/clutter才行。
