View Full Version : need help upgrade oracle 10.2.0.4

before , I install Oracle database 10.2.0.1 working with AIRCOM 6.0 Asset and ranopt is OK , after upgrade oracle 10.2.0.4 I can't create new database for aircom 6.1 .
error with meseges :TNS protocol adapter error .
i've checked sevices on windows systems: OracleTNSListener has been created.
what's vesion oracle compatible with Aircom 6.1 ?
How to fix that error , please help me

I do not have the latest installation guide but i have found info for NAP 6.1 oracle client instllation:
"Oracle 10.2.0.1.0 installation
Oracle 10g (10.2.0.1.0) is supported to be used with NetAct Planner
optionally, and is not a requirement.
NetAct Planner is supported on an Oracle 10.2.0.2 client using a
10.2.0.2.0 ODBC driver, but not a 10.2.0.3.0 ODBC driver."

Hope it helps. I am running 6.0 with oracle 10.2.0.2 ( 10.2.0.1 and patch set for 10.2.0.2).

hi esahmat ,you can upload path oracle 10.2.0.2 ,i can't download direct to website oracle.

have problem uploading the patch set since it is 556MB. i also dont have rapidshare account.

please send suggestion how to exchange it.

You can use Win RAR to split the file into different parts and use 4shared.com. It's very easy to open an account there and is absolutely free...can u please try this ?
