QoE Sw

I´m interested on QoE (Quality of Experience) sw. Any kind of sw installed on user PC or phone which gives to the operator information about the real Quality that the user perceives. Could anyone help me?

Thnks friend, i´ll try it but i dont want only http analyze but also UTRAN conditions (in broadband mobile communications).
