Actix error

I m facing same problem...actually not in all sd5file but some sd5 after processing , its showing FER 0 or 100, i have process the same log file in CNA 7.o the proper FER plot is coming, so there should be some problem with Actix.
Please tell the solution for this

you'd better to contact Actix for support, maybe the incompatible version.

try to use the latest version of Actix Analyzer.

You can try different version of Actix. Most recent version in the forum is from Feb 2010.

Hi just installed Actix and i cant load my cell ref or log file, i have a No filter error message on my task bar below where u have the binning set to 1000 by default i guess and its my first time using this , how do i resolve this filter issue.:(
