Problem with private messages

Hi,

i cant send pm to user Lavin80, i've got error:

Lavin80 has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

What i should do?

it seems that lavin80 has disabled the private messaging option, you can do that by going to uesr CP then click on edit option then uncheck the box in the private messaging section.
If this was the case then nothing you can do I believe
