File Based Plan Provisioning

Hi guys, does anyone have experience or had use successfully the Nokia File Based Plan Provisioning feature. I attached some doc, it looks like very useful but it never works for me. Anyone have an example XML plan to check?.

In theory the improvement of FBPP to the network is be more flexible with the forced HOs. And looks like it needs RAML 2.1 plans
