I Wants to learn RF/UMTS Optimization!!!!!

Hi,

I wants to learn everything involve in RF / UMTS optimization right from the beginning.

As of now am doing Drive Testing using TEMS Investigation and i know quite well about it. Now i want to get involved in Optimization process.

I request everyone who knows more about Optimization concepts like what to study, basics things involved, what to look for during optimization, using log files, each and everything ..........

I really wanted to get involve in RF/UMTS Optimization, so please help in this regard, whenever am applying for jobs in Optimization; everyone is asking about Optimization experience on Actix or using TEMS etc etc

so please spend some time for this thread..
