Yes it very important
If you put HSN=0 you will have frequency diversity but
If you put HSN>0 you will gain interference diversity which it is more important for you KPI

Dear,
the BBH isnt a sequential hoppinf fixed?
on most of the vendor when you turn on BBH you dont have and cant specify the HSN,
you say that if you tune the HSN the Hopping Sequence of TRX will be changed?

BBH will always operate at HSN=0. Higher HSN you can use only with SFH (Synthersised Hopping).

At least on e/// system HSN parameter does not affect the operation. Check out with Drive test tool what HSN mobile is given on cell with BB.

Hi,
exactly,as i worked with the E******* Vendor the HSN can be tuned on BBH but as you said and as i agree it will not effect the Hopping but why they allow to tune HSN also in BBH?some other vendor just desable it on BBH and enable it on SFH
