I am trying to get HSDPA coverage prediction using Atoll 2.8.0 but can't get data rates beyond 1.92 Mbps. Is this Software bug or some parameter settings are required? Your valuable suggestions will be highly appreciated.

As I remember from User Manual, it is max speed of data rate.
