REQUEST: Atoll 2.8 working license with LTE ACP Feature

Does anyone have a medicine that will allow me to use LTE ACP feature of Atoll?

Hi Guys,

Can any one tell that what can be the reason of low through put in the prediction for HSDPA in atoll. I have tried all options but it is not giving more than 1.92Mbps. Please tell me what can be the problem ?
