actually it is not necessary, by following the instruction on the handset screen, you will.

It Works!!!!

I connect the LG on TEMS 9 and run a voice call script, but the radio parameters are not complete, only receive Rxlev, RxQual, MS Power Control Level, TA, and RL Timeout Counter(Max); but FER, C/I, DTX doesn't appear on the screen.

I know that this model is fully supported by TEMS, because time ago, I rent a Tems equipment and comes with a LG CU500 phone, and it shows me all the parameters.
