they are easy for frequency plan and robust against interference as compared with BBH the only care you need is not passing rf load and correct HSN and MAIO plan

frequency loading depends on the number of frequencies in the hopping list and the number of TRX u r going to use.

fl= No of Non BCCH in a sector/Total number of Freq in the Hop list
for example take 1 *1 and maximum config 4 per sector
(i) 15 frequencies in hopping list i.e MAIO list
fl= 3/15 * 100 = 20 %
(ii) 18 Freq in hopping list
fl=3/18 * 100=16.6% which the recomened value.

The flp values are recommended based on studies just like standard propogation models.
