Actually, I tried these links and they will not take a .dng file created in edgehasp2007 because this download is customized for d o n g l e - e m u l a t o r . c o m and they did something in the program to change the file size. Every time I tried to use the .dmp file it said unknown size.

I used anwar's download (and password) and converted the .dmp file to .dng file using edgehasp 2007 and it worked flawlessly.

HI, I have downloaded link for HASPHL2010 and created .bin file having. But iam unable to convert .DNG file with EDGEHASP 2007 / EDGEspro softwares. Could you please help me how can i create .dng file with this bin. Is there any other softwares required? Please help me. HASPHL2007 d'ont work in W7-64

edge will not work with 2010, only 2007 and some rhumors with 2008 as well
otherwise you can dump your dongle and create a reg file to be used with your favorite emu

i don't know, never use windows 7,
but you could try right click and run as administrator as in vista
sentemul2007 is running on w7 x32, but you have to accesso to program with administrator privilege.
I'm using user "super administrator" and also checked "run like administrator" in the property of program
(super admin is created from dos shell (always you have to run it like administrator) :
net user administrator /active:yes
)
The program works fine (2007!!)

I'm not sure that this HASP2008_old attached was for 64bit, I believe this is a 32bit

Try Multikey,
even if you find a solution to HaspHL2010, it does not help you in Hasp-HL dongles with envelope (if you look nearer to haspHL2010 it does not collect any query/answer which is needed to emulate Hasp-HL, also HaspHL Encrypt/Decrypt algorithm is unknown so it can not be solved analytically )
IMHO, Hasphl20xx is useful when you have no Encrypt/decrypt and no envelope in your hasp-hl protection.

That is so wierd, because I was given a trial veresion for one week only to test it out and see if I want to buy the full verson. It costs US $400.00, and he is using Hasphl2010 and gave me back a dng file. So he had to have something right? I just cant figure out what was used. Any help would be appreciated..."sigh"

That is what we called commercial dongle emulation services.
If you can't afford the price, why bother go to them?
Try Multikey instead.

As far as I know, long ago cEnginEEr, has posted that the newer version of HASPHL 2xxx, later than 2007/08 was packed with another protection.
They seems improve their protection with a strong protector.
The previous version of HASPHL 2007/08 was packed with these algorthm protection

Custom
Obfuscation

Is there anybody here can solve trial HASPHL 2010 .dng to full version?

Here's the deal...

I have a DNG file that works perfectly with HASPHL2007, but not with HASPHL2010. I need it to work with the 2010 release, because the 2007 version does not work on Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit). You can run it, start the service, and load the dump, but the protected program will still not run. The same steps however, work on Windows XP, but since XP is not released/supported anymore we need HASPHL2010 to work on Windows 7.

All I get when I try to load the same DNG file on 2010 is and error that is titled "Invalid dump version", and says, "Please upgrade your dongle file", and gives a sales email to contact.

Does anyone have a fix for this? Currently there is no way to emulate HASP/HL hardlocks on Windows 7, which is a big deal. Please post the answer here, on this thread, as it seems to be the leading thread on the entire net on this matter.

p.s. - Also, the HASPHL2010 dumps HL hardlocks to the .bin format. How do I emulate this format since there is no 'edgehasp.exe' that can handle dumps from 2010 yet???

I am an employee at the software company for the specific piece of protected software I am referring to. I am simply trying to avoid having to carry around the physical dongle with me, which I do have in my possession, when I move from computer to computer around the office. I want to just be able to run the emulator from a network share, and then the protected software right after locally, so no physical dongle needed, and it saves me a lot of time and frustration.

Like I said, this is our own software, we are not using this for an illegal purpose.
