have you try to zoom in to the sites?
i'm also facing that problem, but after I zoom in a few times, the sites appear normally.

Now i can see 6 points on the map.

does anyone have a sample on GSM Cellrefs ?

I've tried to fill the file my self with original data but the ACTIX shows only the sites on map but not the cells (sectors) I dont know why ?

any suggests

what actix version you use?
have you configured the cell in the Sites/Cell Properties Icon in Map window?

If not, click it (one with Cell Sites text with mouse hover)
then choose GSM_Cell in "Series:" box.
Choose anything you like except "none" for both "Cell Color" and "Cell Size" (e.g BCCH and Site_Name)
then click OK.

this is a sample GSM cellfile for you.
