Log-files tricks

Friends,

The customer gave us TEMS log-files contains call drop in the area served and controlled by us

how can I know, if they have made some tricks, like forcing 'locking' the mobile for just GSM selection, etc

maybe you can see that in the signaling windows.

Look for compressed mode events, if you dont see that, the phone maybe is locked for GSM. or you con see the layer 3 information to see if the phone is scanning umts network
