Transform from Ec/Io to Rx each PN?

Hi all, anyone can show me how to transform from Ec/Io and Rx (total all PN reache to MS) order to calculate Rx of each PN at MS? which tools can perform this task? or which formula relate between Ec/Io and Rx (total all PN) with Rx of each PN?

it's an Excel done by Scott Baxter.search with google .you will find How cdma works(a lot of good thinks there).I added formulas for you for a better understanding
