E******* W10 RAN (latest release after P7) library. Contains, features, parameters, counters etc. You need to install the ALEX viewer (also included) to view it.

Friend, you need to share something yourself and then you will be able to download attachments.

It is not fair on the community for some people to take only.

You are registered for over 10 months and you never shared anything, even a thought, how do expect others to share their stuff with you..
Please all forum members don't share direct links and use txt or rar files instead, the administrator of this forum didn't put minimum requirements to get download privileges for no reason..
As a result you will get a lot of none active members, who do nothing but downloading others contributions..

I've looked into the W10 Alex Library; it doesn't contain the description of the GPEH event parameters? Only delta information is seen and keeps referring to Ref. 1 which is the document, 'General Performance Event Handling, RNC: 104/1551-AXD 105 03/1, later version for GA'
Any idea?
