Hello everyone

I did the update for pathloss 4 (17 march 2010), now when i pick the SRTM-ASTER from configure --> Terrain Database

I receive this window, When I add files I cant see that its added and also when I go to edit tab then press add, nothing happened

This was not the case in the other updates of pathloss 4, anyone has the same problem ?

you are right without the updates, its working just fine and you can see the strings
Also with the updates when you load the files, its working but just you cant see or edit or delete what you already have loaded

Sometimes its just something went wrong wit the update

Anyway, If you for any reason tried to install the update available here

Yes, first case; you need replace all files but not plw40.exe and it works

Thanks for the hint, it just worked, kept the old .exe then applied the update and replaced the .exe of the update with the old one , run the program and it worked
even after applying update again it continue working

i worked also with the ASTER datas but i had detected that this datas are very inaccurate. So i use the srtm datas and for special countries datas from the land surveying office. This datas are very accurat with a accurance of 1m.

@ proy1_10 No sorry, the accurate DEM`s are in the most cases not free of charge. I paid round about 125$ for each german federal land. And this datas you can convert into plw4.
