we are using both AMR half rate and full rate transcoder in a mix. Our system is ******** and Siemens MSC.

Half rate is enabled in all the sectors. But the half rate calls are going on only in particular sectors of that BSC. Even in one site, half rate calls are going in 2nd sector and not in 1st and 3rd. There may be capacity constraint.
And half rate is not being utilized for congested sectors.Any suggestion pl.:)
