i have solution: try get your equipment pid and add that equipment in UEDescription.xml. Start Datacollection and pray it will be detected in your TI. Does W762 exists?

Hi Torex
At least I need to add a "Qualcomm CDMA Phone" as TI8.1 does...

Find similar equipment, example :

<PRODUCT NAME="W385" PID="2B44" FAMILY="QUALCOMM1">
<DEVICE DESCRIPTION="******** USB Modem" SETUPCLASS="Modem" TYPE="Data Modem"/>
<DEVICE DESCRIPTION="******** USB Diagnostic Port" SETUPCLASS="Ports" TYPE="Diag:Msm6800"/>
</PRODUCT>
Then edit and insert your equipment description to UEDescription :

<PRODUCT NAME="W762" PID="X" FAMILY="QUALCOMM1">
<DEVICE DESCRIPTION="******** USB Modem" SETUPCLASS="Modem" TYPE="Data Modem"/>
<DEVICE DESCRIPTION="******** USB Diagnostic Port" SETUPCLASS="Ports" TYPE="Diag:Msm6800"/>
</PRODUCT>
Where X is your PID (see it in your modem properties)
Save new UEDescription.xml and start Datacollection

Hi Torex
Seems it is not an easy thing to have it work perfectly. Got equipment connected, show nothing on display.... TEMS Investigation 8.0 is easier to manage....

Hi Bro
It is ******** W362 CDMA 2000 1x 800MHz Phone Bro.... Thanks for your concern to help me, maybe you can try to connect the similar Qualcomm based phone which is the type not in the list, so it will need to add it to the UEDescription.xml. Thanks again...
Best regards

@ Torex, Please choose the correct driver & identify the respective PID so that it matches the same on comm with TI
