Hi, can some one please guide me how I can use cell file in TEMS to look at the RSSI strength of BTSs.
If there is a tutorial, then tell me or upload it here. I would really appreciate that.
Also is there a software for calculating/predicting the pathloss on a link? If we give some data on terrain, morphology... something that is more powerful than propagation models
