Problem on Iub

Dear Master,

I got problem, How can we check Iub performance on Nokia 3G network?
Because from OSS, the Iub statistic is no value. The Others Iub in same RNC is OK.
What should i do?
Anybody can help me...

You can get the IuB Utilization with this counters :
MAX_RESERVED_CELLRATE/AALL2_PATH_GUARDCELLRATE

Max reserved cell rate is the total bandwidth for all service (R99+HSDPA) in cps
AAL2 PATH GUARD CELL Rate is the maximum defined bandwidth in cps

alot of counter related to IuB can be found on M550Cxx counter
