Dear experts
We faced with problem in 2G E******* sites. The SDCCH drop date is high, over 5% in 7 days continuous, and most of them comes from CNDROPSMS ( drop SMS )
Check :
- C7 link ok
- No interference
- No SD congestion or overload paging
- SMSC is normal with < 20% load
Please give me your experience in this case
