Traffic Balance Between L1800 & L2600

I have one question , please guide me.
Is there any special algorithm / feature in NOKIA FL17 to balance Co-sector L1800 & L2600 cases based on PRB utilization ?
Suppose that i have a sector with high PRB utilization in L1800 while L2600 PRB utilization is low.

Hi ,

you can use LTE1841 - Inter-Frequency Load Equalization from RL70.
It uses CAC( composite available capacity - in Nokia implementation it is proportional to PRB usage and number of active users in the cell) to balance traffic between carriers.
There are some enhancements in further releases mostly related to multi-cell handling. ( more than 2 cells in one sector).
