PCTel-LX-scanner firmware dumps request

Hello,

I need firmware file dumps of PCTel LX scanners, from one of the following models:
- Single-Band WCDMA 900 MHz (single receiver)
- Dual-Band WCDMA 2100/900 MHz (single receiver)
- Tri-Band WCDMA 850/900/2100 (dual receiver-06066)
- Quad-Band WCDMA 850/900/1800/1900 (dual receiver-06062)
Actually, interested in single receiver scanners with 1 or 2-bands (existing/activated by SW+HW-means) from one of the following band combinations:
- 900-only
- 900+2100
- 900+1800
- 900+other band
Needed firmware is a dump of internal 2MB-flash of Atmel-ARM7-processor AT91F40416.
I can provide info how to read this dump through service JTAG-port (existing on the PCB).

Does anyone know about the existence of software update for PCtel LX scanners, newer than version 2.5.23.0 ?
