I'm testing a simple way to create a Tems Pocket Phone based on an existing license.
I have succeeded on the Sony ARC model.
I need some more sample licenses to continue testing:
- Sony ARC S
- I9505
- N920I
- N920T
- SM-G930F

I think Pocket Licensing is not depending on phone model, but you need to have a special phone software (firmware) on each different phone model, which is so called as "TEMSified phone", while Pocket Licensing are remain the same. CMIIW.

In the old days yes, my Sonye******* K800 is like that.
Now you can get TEMS from playstore but have to get the license.

All phones delivered by InfoVista are TEMSified with all features enabled.
If you install by Google Play and install Licenses on a commercial phone you will not have all features enabled and on some phones not even L3 messaging or some Information Element.
Some licenses are tied to the phone, for example SSL Option which is required for VoLTE to work with TEMS Pocket.

each license is linked to the phone's Imei
even if you format a phone with pocket you have to install everything again and most of the time the license doesn't work anymore
