Am getting this when installing nemo analyzer 7.8. Formally it was installing successful.any solution to this problem

I confirm that this works on Windows 10 x64.

After the first startup it stopped with an error message, but since the second start it works correctly. I also opened a quick measurement I created with the Nemo Outdoor (same version), and I was able to open it.
