I got below but are for Max Active users UL/DL not average ..

Hi Optim.

What you should do is to identify the Busy Hour (e.g. 20:00) and to get the number of Activer Users within that one-hour period.
For dimensioning purposes this is more realistic than dividing the total number of Active Users in one day by 24 hours, the average.
And that's all.

for average active user you can use -- Average active user in dl = PmActiveUeDlSum/pmSchedActivityCellDl & Ul = pmActiveUeUlSum/pmSchedActivityCellUl
