A Problem with Enterprise v6.0

Dear Friends,

I've gor a problem installing Aircom V6.0 recently

when I try to install Enterprise v6.0 and it's patches, the asset and adavantage module will be disapeared.

Please note when I install it without patch, everything would be ok bu as soon as I install one of it's patches , those modules would be disapeared and I would face an Error.


Please help me to overcom this problem.

Actually your problem is depended to your windows of anti virus software investigate your problem on those

I tested my antivirus, I disables it but the probelm still exists

Go to help/lisence administrator. Select lisence and press get lisence.

Dear m_afrasiabi,

you can't run both Advantage V6 and Advantage lite V6 together, so you need to licence Administrator and select Advantage V6 if you want it, or Advantage lite if you want to work with ASSET ACP.
