Hi All,
If you will have an Error #30054 on the RM Server Utility when trying to Clear Database Lock then this instruction is for you.
Actual for the RM Server Utility Up to 2.9.15.0 inclusively.Here is instruction how to fix it:
1. start RM Server Utility
2. stop the server by clicking Stop All on the "RM System Management" page
3. open the folder c:\program files (x86)\********\RM Server Utility\
4. rename RMServerUtility.exe.config to RMServerUtility.exe.config.bak
5. unpack and place the file which attached to this post to the folder c:\program files (x86)\********\RM Server Utility\ .
6. come back to RM Server Utility and press "Start All" button on the "RM System Management" page
Then you will be able to do Clear Database Locks successfully.
