What could be the reason for the different Vendors 2G high hand over failure (existing cases Nokia source cell to E******* target cells), we have a case of high adjacent HO failure From Nokia towards E******* cells, taking in to consideration of no alarms & NBR relation parameters are consistent.
Appreciate if someone can advice or someone already faced such issue?
