EPC intiated vs ERAB initiated EPS bearer release

can anyone plz illustrate the diff btwn the EPC intiated vs ERAB initiated EPS bearer release and the cases when it should be triggered by EPC or eNB

EPC initiated: some MME timer expires, for example, during some relocation.
eNB initiated: UL saturates, the eNodeB stops listening the UE.
