Can samebody tell me the formula of KPI E-UTRAN Total HO Success Ratio, intra eNB for Nokia LTE?

This KPI indicates the total intra-eNB HO success ratio from an HO preparation start until a successful HO execution.

This is the formula with Counters IDs: 100*sum([M8009C7]) / sum([M8009C2])
