I am looking for extra resources for a site verification project (based on OSS KPI). General UMTS KPI knowledge is required, also basic troubleshooting skills (intra/interfreq, IRAT neighbor list audit, propagation delay analysis, terrain analysis).
Payment will be per site, project is long term.

in my 20 years of working in mobile networks , this is my first time I am seeing such kind of job offer for individuals .. So you are going to pay per site!!!! guys do you know how many sites you can pass per day ? how much per site they pay ? who is gonna pay for your accommodation , flights and other expenses ? what are the KPI targets ? if you analyze 20 sites per week and none passes then what ? which country it is ( at least you can evaluate the potential expenses)
I go for this job, if they pay me 5000 Euros per site acceptance and only for KPI part after discussing about KPI targets and changing them...
Gents please be careful about such kind of job offers they might put you in trouble.... it is better you go for a fixed rate

I am not a recruiter, but a consultant that has biten more than he can chew. The only acceptance is my aprovall for the content of the report. The scope is not performance optimization, but the explination for KPI which are below target.
