Ascom Note 4 N910F Tems pocket

Dears,

We have Samsung Note 4 N910F tems pocket 15.4 original from ascom with GLS license.

Trying to update Android from 4.4.4 to 5.0.1 resulted in broken tems pocket.

After update android firmware and reinstall TP from ascom setup now we get below error:


40643

Same happened after downgrade Android to 4.4.4
Any help is appreciated

If this is original from Ascom, you can get help from the Ascom as well.
you have registered the license with the Ascom server using the TEMS license control app on the mobile phone and using user name and password ?

Thank you for your answer.

We haven't renew the support with ascom and it has expired.
regarding the license. in tems pocket license manager when clicked on update the license it is getting from gls without need of user and password (may be it is recognizing the IMEI)
