MAXPDCHRATE=100

Dears,

What's the problem if we set MAXPDCHRATE=100 in all cells in the network
as long as it's dynamic conversion and far as I know CS calls in all network has higher priority that PS Data !!

I concern about CS calls accessibility and congestion, shall it be impacted or not

There's already parameter for Number of full-rate TCHs reserved for the CS domain set to 1 [default]
does it mean we can set MaxdchRate to 100 !
