1)How could I know is CS or PS has higher priority in Huawei network?
2) and how to confirm is PDCH assignment request can prrempt CS channels or not

For point 1
I've been informed that CS service has higher priority based on Tx QoS setting
[I think wireless Engineer can show how to query this kind of setting]
